Crusty Bread
🥘 Ingredients

warm water1.5 c

yeast1/2 heaping tsp
🍳 Cookware
- cast iron pot

1Mix bread flower and salt and yeast .bread flower: 3 c, salt: 1.75 tsp, yeast: 1/2 heaping tsp

2Add warm water and mix.warm water: 1.5 c

3Add any add ins.

4Cover with plastic wrap for ⏱️ 12-18 hours .

5Heat oven to 450.

6Place cast iron pot in with lid for ⏱️ 30 minutes .

7Pour dough on floured surface.

8Form into ball.

9Cover with plastic wrap.

10Let sit.

11Take hot pot out.

12Add dough.

13Cover and return to oven for ⏱️ 30 minutes .

14Remove lid and bake for ⏱️ 15 minutes until golden.
